We feel that you will love our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our website, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for replacement or refund. (Ink cartridges and refills are not made by us and therefore are excluded from this guarantee.) The items being returned must have been purchased directly through the official website www.ddiin.com
After 14 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason. We are not responsible to pay or reimburse for any return shipping costs or duty fees that may apply.
To return an item:

Pack and return the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.

Include the original online packing slip/invoice & Reason for Return.
